Inventory
To carry out the inventory of the vehicle both for departure and return, we will use a paper version in duplicate, one of which will be given to you.
To ensure peace of mind during your rentals and avoid any unpleasant surprises, here is a list of points we will check together to conduct a thorough inventory of the vehicle without any stress!
Exterior of the vehicle
Examples of items :
Exterior cleanliness of the vehicle
Bodywork (scratches, dents, remember to check the roof), rims, bumpers
Tires (wear, pressure)
Windshield and windows
Headlights and turn signals
Various engine levels: oil, windshield washer fluid, brake fluid…
Roof tent(s)
Accessories (chairs, table, stove, awning, electrical accessories…)
Interior of the vehicle and tent(s)
Examples of items :
General cleanliness (seats, mattress, stains on the floor or panels…)
Radio, air conditioning – Reverse camera…
Bedding (arrangement, number of elements)
Windows and openings
Water, gas, electricity
Cupboards
Cooler, stove, sink…
Shower
Dishes, kitchen accessories (number of elements)
Equipment of your vehicle
We will then inventory the items at your disposal:
Manufacturer documentation, equipment usage guide
Insurance documentation
Spare tire, jack
Fuse box / bulb box
Safety pack: vest, triangle
Gas bottle
Camping table and chairs, barbecue
Travel guides, road maps

At the time of departure, to finalize the vehicle inventory, we can together take a tour to familiarize yourself with the vehicle behind the wheel.
Allow about 1 hour to make sure everything is thoroughly reviewed.
We will take photos during your inventory to have real evidence upon return.
